Additional Costs:
1) Resort Transfer Fee for $135
2) OPTIONAL: Escrow Service for $100 (Timeshare Transfer – www.timesharetransfer.com)

Process:
1) Sign purchase agreement with all terms stated/process stated on it
2) If Escrow service is used, Buyer will send full funds to Timeshare Transfer
3) Once funds are in Escrow, I will send all notarized transfer documents to the Resort (ISCO)
4) It takes ISCO about 2-3 weeks to transfer unit into Buyer name
5) Once Buyer can call the Resort at 1-800-930-5050 and verify unit is in their name, Buyer will then contact the Escrow company to release funds to me
6) That's it, now you just enjoy your unit for the next 40+ years!
Note: At anytime during the process you can call ISCO at the # above and get an update on the status. Prior to purchase you can call and give them my membership # and verify that I’m the only owner, unit is paid in full, and that I’ve never had any outstanding balances!
***With a decent down payment, I would consider monthly payment for up to a year to pay off the balance***

Additional Costs:
1) There are NO additional costs! I pay the maintenance fee/taxes. However it is NOT an All-Inclusive Resort, so you do have to pay for food/drinks and tours that are not free, but if you go to the resorts website at www.royalresorts.com you will see there are a ton of free activities you can do!

Process:
1) Sign rental agreement with all terms stated on it
2) Buyer will send 50% of the rental funds directly to me (I do accept paypal or credit cards but Buyer must pay 3% fee (4% for Canadians))
3) Once I receive 50% deposit, I will have the unit authorized into your name. This only takes about a week and then the Resort will send me a confirmation # for your reservation
4) I will send you the confirmation # and letter I sent ISCO and then the final 50% is due
5) It is done…now you just have to get ready for a great vacation and I will be looking forward to your call after you return to either Buy the unit or schedule your next Rental
